As an Electronic Technician for the US Geological Survey, my primary task is to keep
the Microwave Network in top running condition. This Microwave System carries all of
the Seismic Telemetry Data to our Menlo Park Office. As the Microwave Network hops
from site to site, the Seismic Telemetry Data is fed into the system. It comes to the
mountain top microwave sites via VHF/UHF radio, or short hop telephone lines.
The map below shows the Microwave Path the network covers. As you read this, odds
are that I'm at one of the mountain top sites.<BR><BR>
